Mary (Recknor) Docherty was daughter of Peter and Barbara (Ackermann) Regenauer/Racknor and was born was born 26 Jan 1851 at Otterstadt, Pfalz, Bayern (on the Rhine River). [Near Heidleberg in Germany.] She married Thomas Docherty, Sr. on October 29, 1867 in East Zorra, Ontario, Canada.
